Return and Refund Policy

At Owlykins, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • returned with its original packaging where possible

  • not damaged, altered, or used beyond normal inspection

Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for your return request. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Refunds are usually processed within 3 days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help you with a replacement, return, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not be able to accept returns if the item:

  • has been used or damaged after delivery

  • is missing parts or original packaging

  • is returned without contacting us first

  • is not returned within the required return period

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or option, you can return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you can request a return after receiving your order.
